L&F Self Esteem Groups for Women (Elizabeth City)

Welcome to the Lost and Found Self-Esteem Group, a transformative journey designed to elevate your sense of self-worth and confidence! Led by the program developer and licensed therapist, Richelle Smallwood, this empowering group consists of four dynamic sessions, each carefully curated to guide you towards a more positive self-perception.

Starting on May 4th, 2023, and continuing every Saturday in May from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm, our sessions provide a nurturing environment where adult women ages 18 and up can explore and enhance their self-esteem. Richelle Smallwood brings her expertise to facilitate meaningful discussions, drawing from a curriculum-based approach to self-discovery and personal growth.
