Lost and Found Self-Esteem Groups

L&F self-esteem and self-awareness group is a group that Richelle Smallwood developed in addition to one of her published works for children. This group was developed based off of her experience working with youth. This group is deeply based in principles that help youth challenge negative thinking and improve their self- worth. It also teaches youth more effective coping skills, relaxation skills, and fosters an environment that will promote positive self-esteem. This group is 9 sessions. Each group is approximately 1-2 hours. The group provides each teen with a workbook, access to online resources, and an autographed copy of the original "Lost and Found: Journey to Self -Discovery" book.

Lost and Found: Self-Esteem Groups are offered to youth ages 6-17.
